3B w/ pool for groups near stadium & entertainment

We stayed here for one night for a girls’ night of relaxation before the chaos of the fall holidays. The host was very kind and communicative from the start and even offered restaurant recommendations. The house itself left a bit to be desired compared to the photos and looked cleaner and more polished online. The hard floors and furniture were clean, but some areas needed more attention. We found black ants on the kitchen counter despite having no food out. The primary bathroom had a ledge with dust, discoloration, and hair from previous guests, and we had to wipe down the countertop before using it. There was also a large section of peeling paint next to the toilet in the hall bathroom. The carpets and rugs could use a deeper cleaning or updating. The biggest drawback was the noise and lack of privacy. There was quite a bit of road and neighborhood traffic, and shortly after arriving, the neighbor directly behind the property played very loud music through a PA system for about an hour and a half. The back wall is quite low, and with the neighbor spending a lot of time outside, we didn’t feel comfortable using the backyard or pool and stayed inside instead. The driveway easily accommodated our three full-size vehicles, which was helpful.Overall, the house worked for one night and our experience with the host was very positive. For what we were looking for, though, we would choose a quieter property with more privacy next time.

Amazing

Great Place To Stay! Positive: Location was perfect. Home was comfortable. Pool was excellent! Had a little issue when we first arrived, and the host was kind and responsive. The issue was fixed promptly. Negative: It would have been nice to have a portable fan for the bedrooms to use at night.

Amazing! Every essential was fully stocked! The A/C works great. Everything was just perfect. Will be coming back!

Positive: Had everything we needed to cook, provided plenty of towels, provided appropriate cleaning supplies, provided laundry soap and garbage bags. Communicated very well with us! Gave a clear checkout list! Negative: We had nothing to dislike!
