3B w/ pool for groups near stadium & entertainment

Everything work ed great, clean!

Neighbors barking dogs off and on all night long. Out of owners control Screen doors locking on you and can’t get entry into the house needs improvement

The host was very easy to work with and the house was very nice. There were a few spots in the home that could use a small repair or additional cleaning, but nothing major. A/C worked well and the kitchen was well stocked! We also liked the location as it is close to the Westgate shopping and entertainment area. We enjoyed our stay!

A for effort on cleanliness and little touches like blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispensers, coffee bar. HVAC system and WIFI works well and beds and sofa are comfy. If you have little kids, the pool is enclosed and separate from the small backyard. However, the house needs maintenance. Some windows cannot be closed completely and flys and bugs get in because there are no screens. It would have been nice to open some windows but some were inoperable and again no screens. The hall bath shower fixture was broken. There was a work-around but who wants to mess with that. This home and almost all homes on the street have the iron/mesh security screen doors. Beware, gardeners get started early in AZ because of the heat (7am). Neighbors right next door had trash so piled up that I had to remind them to pull their cans to the street for pick up. All in all, if you are on a budget and have little kids (pool safety) and you want to be close-ish to Camelback, go for it. I think the owners are very nice and responsive to suggestions. For instance, I needed more dish towels. The owner had them sent to me via Amazon the next day.
